We have named this CHOCLATL flavour profile MAYAN in recognition of it’s history as a traditional Central American recipe, used by the Mayans to the Aztecs right through to modern day Mexican cuisine.
The combination of the ingredients and flavours produces a wonderful, aromatic, full rounded taste. Ideally served hot and as it cools the texture will become more creamy. When served cold, the individual flavours become more pronounced, so the first flavour will be cacao, followed by almond, finishing with cinnamon.
